For carriers and urban distribution
Plan your truck load in 3D, with the weight balanced on every axle
Enter your cargo list, pick the truck or trailer and CubiPacks works out how to stow it, what fits and how much each axle carries, before the truck leaves the yard.

Fewer wasted trips and no surprises at the weigh station
What really fits
Loading is solved in 3D with real cargo rules (stacking limits, fragile items, boxes that cannot be rotated), not by adding up volumes.
Axle weights under control
See the load on the steer, drive and trailer axles and the center of gravity. If an axle goes over the limit you set, you are warned before loading.
Unloading order by stop
What is delivered last goes to the back and what is delivered first stays at the door. Stops are loaded in the reverse order of the route.
How many trucks you need
If the cargo does not fit one vehicle, CubiPacks suggests how to split it across your fleet.
PDF manifest and dock mode
Download the load manifest as a PDF and open the plan on your phone to guide the warehouse crew in dock mode.
Reference trucks and trailers
These are the interior dimensions of the base catalog. In “My fleet” you can create your own truck, trailer or van with its own dimensions, axles and limits.
| Vehicle | Length | Width | Height | Payload |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Delivery van | 3.30 m | 1.78 m | 1.80 m | 1,500 kg |
| 2-axle rigid truck | 6.20 m | 2.45 m | 2.40 m | 8,000 kg |
| 3-axle rigid truck | 8.50 m | 2.45 m | 2.50 m | 14,000 kg |
| 13.6 m semi-trailer | 13.60 m | 2.48 m | 2.70 m | 28,000 kg |
Reference values: they vary by manufacturer and body builder. Axle and gross weight limits depend on each country’s regulations; check them against your vehicle.
From cargo list to load plan in three steps
Import the cargo
Paste your list, upload a PDF or a photo, or add the boxes by hand with their dimensions and weights.
Choose the vehicle
Use the catalog or your own fleet. CubiPacks computes the stowage and the axle weights instantly.
Load by the plan
Download the PDF or open dock mode on your phone and follow the loading order box by box.
Truck load planning: frequently asked questions
How do you calculate the cubic capacity a truck can load?
You compare the size and volume of each box with the truck’s interior space, but total volume is not enough: every box has to be placed in 3D respecting stacking and unloading order. CubiPacks does that stowage and shows how much of the volume and payload is used.
How do I avoid axle overload?
Gross weight can be within the limit and one axle can still be overloaded if the cargo is poorly distributed. CubiPacks computes the load on each axle and shifts the cargo block to balance it; if that is not possible it tells you which axle is over.
Does it work for a small box truck or a trailer?
Yes. Pick a vehicle from the catalog or create yours in “My fleet” with its interior dimensions, doors, axles and maximum loads.
Can I load several stops on the same truck?
Yes. Each box is assigned to a stop and the stowage follows the unloading order, so what is delivered last goes further back.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser and also as a phone app, with a dock mode to guide the loading.
